- Just upgraded to HD Review by Bowtieblazer

I started with the 1.5M after seeing the quality video of my friend's Pov 1. After a year and a few months and over 100Gigs of video recorded and countless more hours in loop mode the camera still performs flawlessly. Just upgraded to the HD camera all I can say is WOW video quality and clarity is professional. Great Product!

32GB card and lithiums are the way to go. All day filming and only changed the batteries for the last hour.(Posted on 6/19/11)
- VIO HD is the best! Review by Horizon True

Just got back from filming the College National Sailing event for ESPN U. The cameras were flawless! With Lithium batteries and 32 gig card, I could get an easy 4 hours of video before changing out the card and batteries. This is an 8 to10 hours a day event lasting 3 days. The pressure to get in as may races as possible makes time a premium! In the, past filming this event, I was unable to change the batteries and tape when needed. Now I can change once a day and not upset the event and get 2 times the video and at HD with great sound! No one can match the quality, durability, and longevity!
Thank-you VIO for making my job much easier! Jeff Mootz(Posted on 6/8/11)
- Initial thoughts on the POV H.D. Review by cheelleebutt

As usual, I'm extremely impressed with the VIO products. This H.D. unit shows all the signs of a well engineer piece of equipment. Having used the H2O, Adv Cam 3, and 2 installments of the POV.1, I can say that VIO has out done themselves once again. My friends ask me, "why don't you save money by getting a cheaper unit?" All I have to do is show them the video and any $ questions quickly change to, "Wow! That's amazing resolution! I can see the pebbles in the road." The first POV.1 I purchased ($800+) is still working after three years of constant use. There are signs of ware and tare (lost one screw out 8 screws on the front, and one broken battery panel latch out of two latches) but the recorder keeps on running and records videos day after day rain or shine (300+ days a year for the last three years). At $600, the POV H.D. is steal. Don't let VIO know they're making a mistake as they might just mark up the price. Keep up the good work VIO. Now I just have to make more room on my website for the increased video quality. ;-D Cheers.
