When do you ship my merchandise?
If you complete your order before 2:00 pm EST, we will ship your in-stock merchandise the same day. Otherwise, your in-stock merchandise will be shipped out the following business day.

How long does my merchandise take to arrive?
We use UPS to ship all domestic packages. On the checkout page of our store, you're given your choice of shipping method. The following table shows transit times for domestic UPS packages. Note: The day your merchandise is shipped is not counted as a day in transit. For example, if your merchandise was shipped via UPS 3 Day Select on a Monday, then your package would arrive Thursday.

Why don't you ship to Mexico?

How do you ship to International addresses?
We offer UPS and FedEx shipping for international shipments. Time in transit will vary depending on which option you choose. Please note that our shipping cost calculations do not reflect any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or duties that may be incurred. As the receiver, you are solely responsible for any additional costs associated with shipping upon delivery.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot track APO / FPO packages.

Are there any known shipping delays?
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be subject to a 1-2 business day delay in shipping. This delay is due to UPS transit delays and we cannot circumvent it. The following table also outlines holidays and associated service delays.
